Customer Information


Customers may return goods which are surplus to requirements within 1 month of purchase,
providing they are in a re-saleable condition.

For accepted returns, account customers will be issued a credit note.

Non-account customers will receive refund but please note that depending on the items and the quantity
returned a 20% restocking charge may apply. If required, collections of returned goods can be arranged but at a discretionary charge.

The returning of special orders (Nonstock Items) is permitted but please note that we will not issue
a credit or re-fund until the goods have been re-sold. If we are unable to re-sell the goods within 12 months they will be returned to you. Alternatively, we can keep the items listed on stock in a further effort to resell, but they will not be valid for credit for refund.

Delivery Terms

We offer a free delivery service for orders within a reasonable radius of our yard but charges may apply
for orders under £50... Please enquire at the time of ordering for more information.

Delivery Information

Please note that our drivers will endeavour to drop any heavy goods in the area requested by the customer
and in the most convenient and safe place available. However, the customers preferred spot cannot always be achieved given the location of other vehicles, power lines, road signs, road junctions and so forth so an onsite judgment will be made by the drivers on the day of delivery. It is worth noting that our cranes, need a clear 2m distance for its anchoring legs to settle in order to operate the crane safely.

Delivery lead times are subject to availability at the time of ordering.
We will do our best to advise on the day and whether it will be in the morning or afternoon,
but exact delivery times cannot be given due to elements beyond our control.

For Trade Accounts

All sales staff will ask customers at the time of booking for any references or purchase order numbers.
We ask that if your employer requires a name, address, project ID or PO number upon the paperwork to please advise on this when making any orders or booking any goods out.

Telephone Notice

Please note that all customer calls are recorded for training purposes.
In line with data protection legislation, all recordings will be paused when payments are taken over the phone.
