Credit for Returned Nonstock Items

The returning of special orders (Nonstock Items) is permitted but please note that we will not issue a credit or re-fund until these goods have been re-sold. If we are unable to re-sell these goods within 12 months they will be returned to you to dispose of as you wish. Alternatively, we can keep them items on stock in a further effort to resell but they will not be valid for credit for refund.

Storage of Goods

Please note that where there is no alternative storage arranged but goods are not required immediately, we are able to store some goods for customers.

Storage will be subject to the items and the quantity, as well as the availability of space at the time of ordering. Full payment would be required upon booking. The collection or delivery of the goods must be arranged and completed within 4 working weeks.

For an extension on storing goods, it will be subject to availability of space in our yard and an additional storage fee would be applied of £10.00 plus VAT a week.

Delivery Terms

We offer a free delivery service for orders above £100 and within a reasonable radius of our yard.

For deliveries under the value of £100, we reserve the right to apply a small delivery fee, subject to the delivery location. Please enquire at the time of ordering for more information.

Delivery Information

Please note that our drivers will endeavor to drop any heavy goods in the area requested by the customer and in the most convenient and safe place available. However, the customers preferred spot cannot always be achieved given the location of other vehicles, power lines, road signs, road junctions and so forth so an onsite judgment will be made by the drivers on the day of delivery. It is worth noting that our cranes, need a clear 2m distance for its anchoring legs to settle in order to operate the crane safely.

Delivery lead times are subject to availability at the time of ordering. We will do our best to advise on the day and whether it will be in the morning or afternoon, but exact delivery times cannot be given due to elements beyond our control.

For Trade Accounts

All sales staff will ask customers at the time of booking for any references or purchase order numbers. We ask that if your employer requires a name, address, project ID or PO number upon the paperwork to please advise on this when making any orders or booking any goods out.

Telephone Notice

Please note that all customer calls are recorded for training purposes. In line with data protection legislation, all recordings will be paused when payments are taken over the phone.
